There are two ways to access CCA Global Standard©.  Both options provide full access to documentation, guidance notes and other associated materials however one route will lead to independent assessment by a CCA audit partner.   

Registration to CCA Global Standard©
Registration allows you to access the CCA Global Standard© Tool-Kit which includes the Standard©, guidance notes, a gap analysis work-book, online self-assessment and other relevant materials.  These can be used by your management team to map your current processes to the principles of the Standard©.  Registration also includes access to the Leading Practice Forum and to the online benchmarking programme. 

If you are not yet ready for independent assessment or if you simply want to use Standard© as an improvement tool then Registration is the most suitable option.  

Independent Assessment leading to Accreditation 
Accreditation to CCA Global Standard© means being recognised by an independent external body as having the required processes in place that meet each section of CCA Global Standard© in full.  

Independent Audit Partners, approved by CCA, will carry out a full assessment of your organisation to ensure compliance with the Standard©.  Recommendations are then made to and approved by CCA Accreditation Panel.  This process requires to be completed each third year. 

Process for Independent Assessment
When you have decided your organisation is ready to proceed with an external assessment, the following process will apply:

1.  Complete the CCA Global Standard© Application Form and submit to CCA.
2.  CCA will contact your chosen assessor to request a quote to complete the assessment.
3.  The quote will be shared/agreed by CCA before the assessor sends directly to you.
4.  Once a contract is signed/agreed between you and the assessor, dates will be agreed for the assessment visit.
